Michael J. Jasper has
published stories in Asimov's, Strange Horizons,
S1ngularity, Gothic.Net, The Book of More Flesh, Writers of the
Future, O. Henry Festival Stories, and The Raleigh News
& Observer, among other venues. He’s currently polishing up a pair
of novels, and he is about to unleash them on an unsuspecting group of
agents and editors. The first novel is a near-future science fiction
novel about aliens who crash-land in the Midwest of America and
Canada, and the second novel is a paranormal romance set on the Outer
Banks featuring the headless ghost of Blackbeard, a haunted shipwreck,
and surly elderly tourists.
